At Petzy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item must include its original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original components may not be eligible for a refund.
